For our EU patent, we have validated our patent in the following countries: Germany, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Patent Pending in India.
Understanding the Value of
U.S. Patent No. 8,297,910 - Concentrated Wind

CE&P has spent thirteen years developing the world's first concentrated wind vertical axis turbine, and this airfoil invention is at the core of the intellectual property owned by the company (see U.S. Patent No. 8,297,910), as well as our extensive global IP patent portfolio.

The CE&P turbine uses an airfoil to change the driving wind flow patterns into the blades of the turbine, and creates a block and low pressure area for the back side returning blade. Historically VAWT turbine designs without this airfoil have not been able to obtain efficiencies levels that we have achieved.

As a result, VAWT designs to date have not proven to be an economically viable commercial power solution. This airfoil technology enables a 2X increase in the efficiencies of our VAWT turbine design!
