Purchase Details:
All assets will be sold in bulk (Excluding motor vehicles, which will be sold individually) via public sale with reserve. To participate in the sale, Bidders must submit written copies of their Bid together with an earnest money deposit to Seller no later than Thursday, June 25th 5:00pm PDT. The purchase price must be paid by wire transfer, certified check, or a cashier's check in lawful money of the United States no later than Friday, July 3rd, 2020.
