Agway is a wholesale product distribution company with Distribution Centers located in Cloverdale, VA and Westfield, MA, which previously serviced over 1,500 retail customers consisting of both Agway banner stores and non-branded independent dealers. The Agway product mix includes but is not limited to, Seasonal Home & Hardware, Lawn & Garden, Bird Food & Supplies, Pet Food & Supplies, Animal Health Needs and Farm Products. Parties interested in submitting an overbid must accompany their bid with a cash deposit of $250,000. The initial overbid must not be less than 49% of cost. As of September 12, 2022, the total cost value of the inventory subject to the stalking horse bid was approximately $3M.
