Double Press Mfg., Inc., a California corporation, ceased operations on or before July 20, 2019, and executed an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors in favor of ABC Services Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as assignee (the “Assignee”) under California law on July 23, 2019. The Assignee intends to sell at public sale all intellectual property as detailed below (the “Auction Assets”). All bids together with the earnest money deposit must be received by Assignee no later than 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) on October 15, 2021.
